Relationship Therapy for Women & Couples

Break free from unhealthy patterns and move toward feeling more...

Secure in Love

We all need to feel seen and understood.

Meet

I strive to provide compassion and understanding to my client in their pain through witnessing their personal story.

I specialize in exploring the deeper “why” behind behaviors, focusing on significant childhood events, attachment styles, and the internalized messages that shape your worldview. Our childhood experiences create a “map” that influences how we expect others to treat us, how we treat ourselves, and how we approach relationships. Together, we’ll uncover how these patterns impact your life today and work toward creating new, intentional ways of being.

When we don’t understand why we behave the way we do, it’s easy to feel stuck in reactive patterns.

Through gentle curiosity and compassionate exploration, I help clients gain clarity, empowering them to make conscious, intentional choices.

My therapy practice offers a safe and supportive space to bring your authentic self, be it wounded, messy, or imperfect, and be met with understanding and care.

The Secure Relationship

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. My work has included individual and couples therapy with a strong emphasis on relational and attachment-focused interventions.

Throughout my career, I have provided therapy in various settings, including private practice, group practice, outpatient treatment, and school-based programs. My background also includes supporting families involved with Child Protective Services, facilitating parenting interventions.

In addition to direct client work, I have experience supervising unlicensed therapists, guiding them in developing their clinical skills through an attachment-based framework.

I am committed to creating a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can heal past wounds and cultivate meaningful connections in their lives. While I have a wide range of professional experience, I kept returning to the heart of my passion, working with women and couples as they heal their relationships with themselves and their partners.
